ORDER TIMELINE     

All standard patterns are available as digital downloads.  These are available almost instantly after purchase – see your order confirmation email for details.

If you order a PRINTED pattern, or a KIT, these will be shipped within 3 weeks of the order being placed, depending on availability of stock.  Oftentimes, orders will ship much earlier, but this cannot be guaranteed.

New Designs and Custom Changes

ReVe Design Co is offering 2 services – to design a pattern based on your idea and to alter an existing ReVe (or MadeforYOUbyFi) pattern to suit some special requirements.

You can request either of these via the /Request or /Change pages.  Timelines and costs will be negotiated prior to any work being performed.

DIGITAL DISCLAIMER

The pattern(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of the digital age and the possibility of changes to the document being made after the picture was loaded. 

SHIPPING

Where applicable, our company ships through Australia Post.

International shipping (if applicable)

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all non-digital International products through Australia Post

ReVe Design Co is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time.

RETURNS

Once a digital pattern has been downloaded, it is deemed to be ‘delivered’ and is therefore not eligible for return.

Any issues which may arise from the instructions within a pattern are welcome to be raised by contacting hello@revedesignco.com

Personalized and/or customized patterns are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@revedesignco.com and arrangements will be made.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
