New pattern requests:

1. Fill in my Request Form.
2. Expect an answer within 24 hours.
3. New patterns can take anywhere between a few weeks and a few months to complete.  You will be kept informed, and may even be asked to be a tester!

For changes to existing patterns:

1. Fill in my Change Form.
2. Expect an answer within 24 hours.
3. Changes can take anywhere between a few days and many weeks, but you’ll be kept informed.
